HOW to manage my Expenditure
There are also means by which you can control the amount that you spend on 19 SMS services. Your mobile service provider has tools which you can utilise to maintain control over the level of access that your mobile phone service has to 19 SMS services.
The following list contains details of the 19 SMS expenditure management tools that are available to consumers via their mobile service providers. Simply scroll down the list to find your service provider and then follow the link to the web page containing the details.

3 monitors Premium SMS usage and the customer care team is alerted when a customer's spend is considered high. Where appropriate, an SMS is sent to the customer to advise them of their high level of usage and to contact customer care for further information. Customers who are worried about their spend, or their child's spend, on premium SMS services should opt for a prepaid account. 3's Prepaid Cap ensures that only $10 of every recharge can be spent on these services. Prepaid customers can view the last 10 events on "My3". Postpaid customers can track PSMS spend on their bill where each transaction charge is detailed with the cost and the third party provider who supplied the service. The customer care number for each service appears next to each charge so that customers can contact the provider if they need assistance
